Niantic's annual Pokemon Go celebration will take place from July 17 - 18 and to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Pokemon Go, this year's Pokemon Go Fest 2021 is a lot cheaper than before. This year, the price of a Go Fest ticket is only $4.99, which is a huge reduction from last year’s $14.99 entry cost. That means you’ll be GO Fest is this weekend, July 17-18, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time and features two days of fun Pokémon adventures. There will be special research tasks, rare Pokémon spawns and tons of raids to participate in. This year is extra exciting because the tickets have been heavily discounted from last year’s $14.99.
Trainers, Mark your calendars—Pokémon GO Fest will return this year as a two-day global event from July 17 to July 18, 2021! Last year’s event featured the debut of a brand-new worldwide format that saw Trainers from around the globe working together to complete challenges, unlock rewards, and defeat Team GO Rocket.
The show was such a success that even the Mythical Pokémon Meloetta made an appearance, marking the first time Trainers were able to encounter and catch it in Pokémon GO. On the second day of Pokémon GO Fest 2021, the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa appeared and caused a ruckus, and a wide assortment of Legendary Pokémon began appearing in raids!
Pokémon GO Fest 2021 Day 2: On Sunday, July 18th, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, all Trainers will enjoy the following. Sunday’s gameplay will be focused on raids, and some of your favorites will be returning for this epic celebration!
